Our motto at Resource Media is "Make a Positive Impact." That positive impact can be on any number of things. A positive impact on the bottom line and success of a business, on the lives and relationships of our customers and employees, on our community. We initially set out to create a successful web site design company. As we evolved, we realized our goal was not to just sell web sites. Our goal was to deliver to our clients what the web site is intended to do: Communicate. We became less interested in the "what" of the site and more interested in the "why and how." In the end, the "why and how" made a better "what." This journey led us to stop focusing so much on web sites alone and to start building communication networks. Our focus shifted from the means to the ends. In addition, we brought together like-minded people. Not only from the employee perspective, but also our clients. We believe that when there's a shared spirit of trust and collaboration, anything is possible.
