Quite often a business owner will think, “I need to get website it’s important, everyone is saying I should have one for my business.” There’s more to developing an online marketing strategy than just having a website that is a static digital brochure. It's a very limited use of the internet’s possible potential for a business.

The internet is a terrific way to stay in touch with your customer base and share a variety of information. What we have found is typically, anyone that has been in business for any length of time and continues to stays in business has a lot to share. They’re virtually a walking library of expertise in their field.

Unfortunately they are only sharing that information with one person at a time or small group. What the internet does is provide you a way to share that expertise with a much larger group of people. Simply stated, the more people that know about your business, and how best you can solve their needs they higher the odds of them coming to you to solve them.

That’s why it’s important to develop an on-going online marketing strategy.

However, when it comes to updating their website or facebook page, we often hear them say, “I know I can do it. I just don’t have the time.” It usually ends up number 11 on their list of 10 things they get done that day.

That’s why you’ll see facebook pages that haven’t had a post for months, and a website with outdated articles and events.

What we do is we help coach you to develop a plan that includes creating and staying on a consistent schedule.

We also incorporate time-saving techniques that we developed such as facebook PrePosts. Instead of feeling that you need to come up with a post everyday, we'll help you write a batch of 20 posts ahead of time that you can then schedule. Then we can help you monitor your page to give feedback as needed.

Once your start consistently communicating with your customers through your online network, you'll find it becomes a habit and a natural extension of your business.
